Notes:
1. Please close the D-view before setup this patch.
2. When install, make sure you have installed the snmp server which
can be installed from the OS CD. (Please see the attached file 
"Install SNMP Server.doc" for the installation guide)
3. Also please make sure you have started the trap services, you can 
check the state on D-view "Services Manager" 
(path: "Advanced" -> "Services Manager" -> "Trap Services Configuration", 
see attached picture for detail)
