BeTwin / Buddy Windows Security Update Support

BeTwin/Buddy Windows Security Update KB896424 Support:

BeTwin and Buddy software (version 2.00.208 and earlier) do not support Windows XP Security Update KB896424 released by Microsoft on 8th November 2005. This specific Security Update may cause some compatibility issues with some video drivers resulting in the Station having no display. 

If you have installed the Windows Security Update KB896424, you will need to upgrade to BeTwin or Buddy software version 2.00.243 for the Station(s) to work correctly.


Note:

1. BeTwin and Buddy are two different products.

2. If you are using Buddy B-680 Premium or Lite, then you should use the Buddy software (Do Not use the BeTwin software).

3. If you are using BeTwin (that is you are not using Buddy B-680 Premium/ Lite), then you should use the BeTwin 2000/XP software (Do Not use the Buddy software).
