1. Overview

WAV Joiner is used to combine two or more recorded WAV format sound files into one large WAV file. It can be useful if you are working with recording and track splitting programs like LP Recorder and LP Ripper and are processing a large number of WAV files.

2. Minimum System Requirements

  1. MS Windows XP / 98 / ME / 2000
  2. Intel Pentium 233MHz processor
  3. 800x600 SVGA display using Normal (Small) fonts, and Medium (16-bit) colours
  4. Windows compatible mouse
  5. SoundBlaster-compatible Soundcard
  6. At least 300Mb Free disk space (for approx. 30 Minutes' WAV storage)

3. Installation

WAV Joiner is distributed as a self-installing file wjsetup.exe

Install WAV Joiner as follows:

  1. Press the Windows Start button and select Run from the Start Menu.
     
  2. Type the full name of the file (for example, C:\temp\wjsetup.exe)
     
  3. Press the Enter key, and follow the prompts.
     
  4. When the installation program completes you can run WAV Joiner by selecting it from the Windows Start menu.

4. Documentation

All of the documentation is contained in the online Help file. When running WAV Joiner, press the F1 key for context-sensitive help or select Help from the menu.

5. Ordering Information

5.1 Free Trial Version

The trial version of WAV Joiner is available free of charge so you can check how useful it will be to you. It has all of the features of the registered full version except that only the first two tracks can be combined.

You are free to distribute the trial version. It may be given away to anyone, included on CD-ROM libraries, uploaded to WWW pages, ftp sites and bulletin boards, etc. as long as it is distributed in its complete original form.
 

5.2 Ordering WAV Joiner

You can order the full version of WAV Joiner in various currencies using:

Most on-line credit card orders can be processed in real-time and the full version downloaded to be used straight away.

Note: DO NOT distribute the registered full version of WAV Joiner without the expressed written consent of the author.


5.3 Refund Policy

CFB Software's products are provided as trial versions that can be downloaded via our website. Use these 'try-before-you-buy' versions to ensure that they are compatible with your computer systems and satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing a full version.  All sales of full version licences are final. Once the access details for the full version have been issued they cannot be cancelled. Thus we are only able to provide refunds for accidental duplicate orders.

The WAV Joiner package installation program is a single file called wjsetup.exe 

After running wjsetup the following files are created in the directory that you specified:

7. Licence Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this licence agreement and disclaimer.

Trial Version

There are no restrictions to the number of computers that the trial version of WAV Joiner may be installed on, or the number of people that can use it at any one time.

Registered Full Version

A registered full version of WAV Joiner may be installed on one or more computers but may only be used by the single person in whose name it is registered.

Music Copyright

WAV Joiner must not be used in any way which would contravene any music copyright laws applicable to the user.

8. Disclaimer

WAV Joiner is used entirely at the risk of the user. Although great care has been taken to eliminate defects during the development of WAV Joiner, it is not claimed to be fault-free. No claims are made regarding its correctness, reliability or fitness for any particular purpose. The Author shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or personal injury in connection with furnishing, performance, or use of this material.
