Evaluation Period before registration Unregistered use of AWRC after the evaluation period is in violation of Portuguese and International Copyright laws. The evaluation period is 15-days or 30-executions, whichever comes first. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Portugal. Disclaimer of Warranty THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which AWRC may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. Distribution of Evaluation Version This software must not be physically or electronically distributed by any third-party sites, organizations or individuals without prior written consent from Atelier Web or their representatives. This software can be announced, promoted, presented, pictured, commented, discussed, criticized or advertised by anyone, individual or organization without consent, written or verbal, from Atelier Web or their representatives. Purchased Version One Single User/Workgroup license of AWRC allows the program to be used by a single person who uses the software personally (maximum of 2 computers used by the same person) within a Microsoft Windows Workgroup. One Single User/Domain license of AWRC allows the program to be used by a single person who uses the software personally (maximum of 2 computers used by the same person) within a Microsoft Windows Domain or Workgroup. One Company license of AWRC allows the program to be installed on a Local Area Network to be used within Microsoft Windows Domains or Workgroups of a Company or Site by the number computers specified in the license details.
