Utility for manipulating speedcam data from Primo.
Path to enable this functionality:
GJ skin -> System Settings -> Panic Button check box.
When enabled, long tap to the upper right corner (Quick Menu button or compass)
from navigating map will access Panic menu.
If data is MOVED, not DELETED then exists possibility to RESTORE it.

1. Put "UTILITY" folder in Primo's root
2. Open UTILITY\utility.ini and check SpeedCamPath= to the SPEEDCAM folder
   (for example: \SDMMC\NNG\Content or \Storage Card\Primo\content or ...)
3. Check TempHidePath= to which place files will be first moved and then deleted
   if DELETE has benn selected (for example \SDMMC\~temp or \Storage Card\~temp or ...)
