END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 'Rapid Typing portable' SOFTWARE
     
This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and RapidTyping Software. Please read this Agreement carefully before completing the installation of Rapid Typing portable ("SOFTWARE").

1. LICENSE. RapidTyping is a free for personal, educational, charity, and commercial use. You are allowed to use and share this software for free. Changing the core-files for commercial reasons, so to sell that result, is forbidden.

2. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party.
The Software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty.
In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
