PerfectDisk V6.0 has an automatic update feature. This update feature can be set 
to automatically check for and/or install any updates that it finds. 
To manually upgrade PerfectDisk V6.0 to the latest version: 

Launch PerfectDisk V6.0 
Click on Help 
Select Check For Updates 
If you are behind a firewall and/or cannot auto-update PerfectDisk V6.0, 
please download the following to update PerfectDisk V6.0 to the latest 
version (Currently Build 29):

What's new in PerfectDisk build 6.00.029
PerfectDisk is now Windows Server 2003 certified. 
Support was added to defragment Exchange 2003 data stores. 
If C:\ drive did not exist, PerfectDisk did not display the remaining drives. This has been fixed. 
Changes were made to the defrag engine (PDEngine.exe) and the scheduler (PDSched.exe) services to prevent them from interacting with the desktop. This is a Windows Server 2003 certification requirement. 
PerfectDisk did not correctly display all nested Organizational Units (OU's) in Active Directory. This has been corrected. 
When performing a defrag pass on a FAT partition it was possible to get a negative number for the Free Space Fragmentation Factor. This has been corrected._______________________________________________________________________________

Данная программа предоставляет пользователю возможность дефрагментировать информацию 
на винчестерах, повышая тем самым производительность дисковой подсистемы. В отличие 
от схожих программ (Norton Speed Disk и Disk Defragmenter из набора Windows), 
Perfect Disk может работать под любой Windows-платформой с любой файловой системой 
даже при минимуме свободного дискового пространства, позволяет дефрагментировать не 
только файлы, но и MFT (главная таблица файлов в NTFS-разделе), файлы метаданных, 
базы MS Exchange. Он также оптимизирует директории, убирая удаленные записи, 
дефрагментирует swap-файл, переразмещает файлы на диске в зависимости от частоты их 
использования, объединяет свободное место… Оригинальными также являются функции 
настройки через профили, сетевого планирования дефрагментации, обновления через Интернет, 
настраиваемого протоколирования работы и поддержки RAID томов.
