There are no restrictions whatever regarding html files built with dirhtml.

All persons and organizations are encouraged to distribute dirhtml throughout the galaxy, provided they adhere to the following restrictions:

  * It is distributed absolutely free, with no charges of any kind, including handling/shipping charges.

  * Dirhtml cannot be included with any product which is not 100% free with no strings attached.
